I just read this story online and all I could think of is just how much money this dude made off ice. The Toronto house is worth nearly 5 million alone.

My wife and I were just talking about a time in our lives when Tie's kids and ours went to the same Karate club in Mississauga. Never ran into him much but his wife always seemed very nice.

Just goes to show you just what does and what doesn't capture our imaginations. Frankly most of us don't give a crap and are only intrigued by this junk cause it's a pleasant diversion to wallow in someone else's misery.
