I've been working on a piece for the National Post for a few weeks about Secret Parking Spots.
Pretty interesting how some of my best pals won't reveal their spots for fear of them becoming corrupted by too many people and therefore, no longer secrets.
Anyway I've compiled some interesting stats about parking in big cities and Toronto in particular and I was surprised to find out that we're not even the most expensive city for parking in Canada.

The five most expensive parking districts in Canada are (median monthly unreserved rate):
Calgary – $375.00 per month
Toronto – $300.00 per month
Montreal –$259.00 per month
Ottawa – $195.00 per month
Vancouver – $194.00 per month

The key is unreserved...for reserved TO is tops at $455.00 vs Calgary at $412.00 per month.
At any rate I'd love to hear about your go to parking spots or parking stories or just your bitches about parking in Toronto in general.
