Seriously the quickest way to wreck your swing is to do it to quickly. All sorts of bad things happen when you swing fast.
A)Your natural coordination vanishes.
B)You can't square the club face or your close it down.
C)You actually generate less club-head speed and the ball goes shorter not longer.

Slow it down.
How slow?
Slower than you can ever imagine swinging.
Contact equals distance and good contact come from coordination and that only happens when you take your time.

I promise when your playing this weekend if you feel almost as if your swinging at half-speed you'll be surprised at how far the ball goes.
