This a story bout a cell phone that tracks your spending. How bout a cell phone that tracks your cell-use and then shuts down when you go over your limit.
Here's part of the story....
Users enter their target maximum weekly spend, which can be broken down into categories such as lunch, clothes and alcohol.
Any money spent is then entered by category and the Spendometer sends a text message alert if the user goes over their spending limits.
Malcolm Hurlston, chairman of the charity Credit Action, said: "By making money management easy with mobile phones, we hope to help millions to keep better control of their money."
