Master Cleanse part 2, day 4.

No food.
No coffee.
No booze.
No nothing.
Lemons, organic maple syrup and cayenne pepper in 10 oz of water.
That's it.
I feel great and this time no headaches on day 2-3. The reason is I haven't had a coffee since late September and so no caffeine withdrawal.

The strangest thing about not eating is not doing anything at meal times. Other than that it's quite easy. Having said that last night I dreamt about sticky rice covered in teriyaki sauce and grilled sweet potatoes.
Weird.
