Skiing, drinking...repeat.

I went to Whistler last Thursday.(My 65th birthday!)
I can't believe it's been nearly 20 years since I skied there.
Amazing. Spectacular and breathtaking.
Not to mention boozy.
I went with a couple of my Soccer Dad buddies and we had a great time.
Here was our itinerary.
Arrive. Drink Beer, Eat. Laugh like idiots.
Wakeup. Ski. Drink beer. Eat. Laugh. Ski. Hot-tub. Drink. Make fun of stuff. Laugh. Drink.
(Also had the best sushi of my life at a place called Sushi Village...tell them Mickey D sent you!)

That was pretty much it.
We spent part of Sunday in Vancouver and it was cool to be back in a city that I used to live in but haven't visited for a long time.
We found a bar, watched some golf (more beer, food and laffs) and then flew home.

It was a lot of fun and part of me kept wondering, "Exactly why did I leave here?"
If I had any transferable skills I'd seriously consider moving back. Of course if I had any transferable skills I'd be working here.

Have a look at the type of skiing and terrain that I'd forgotten about.
