Vancouver, Captain Phil and Me. Yes more about me.

Okay there's no getting around it. Vancouver is an amazingly beautiful city. I know you know that but do you really knowit? Do you? Or do you just think you know.
I have spent 7.75 days over the last month in Vancouver, Whistler and the Lower Mainland and I have been reminded once again at just what kick-ass, freaky optix the city has.
Also a bevy of HCBS. (Hot chicks with beautiful skin.)

I worked for a few days, toured a couple of old neighborhoods I used to live in and traveled 45 minutes East of downtown to Surrey where it was 15 degrees, sunny and warm. In February.
Crazy.
That's the weirdest thing. I've been there twice with in 25 days and never saw a drop of rain!
Hey I know that's not the norm.(One year when I lived there it rained 27 out of 31 days. This when I started doing Meth!)
I caught up with a couple of old friends while I was there including Phil Evans.
It was great to see the madman behind Humble and Fred's Really Tough contest and all the sequels.
Phil is definitely digging the West Coast scene. He lives in Horseshoe Bay, wears sandals all year round and continuously smokes doobies. He also has dreads.
Very funny fellow and we enjoyed our beers and chats and had two man-hugs.
Bottom line?
Not moving back but I'd like to spend more time there if I can.

I lived there for a year and know it's beautiful, absolutely. Not-so-much in a rush either.
