Mike Boon, friend and internet genius tipped me off about this.
After last weeks freaky good performance from David Cook (Hhdotcoom's pick to win this shindig)
everyone was talking about this cool rock version of Michael Jackson's Billy Jean.
The arrangement was mind-blowing but it was an homage to Chris Cornell's rendition. Ryan Seacrest mentions Cornell in his intro but it went largely unnoticed.
So here is the original arrangement from the dude who done it.

Believe it or not, Cornell does an AWESOME version of Ave Maria, as well. (not kidding!)

I dig it.
A hell of a lot better than when Alien Ant Farm covered Jackson. Anyone even remember Alien Ant Farm? Not really? OK

Don't kid yourself Jason, that Alien Ant Farm cover of "Smooth Criminal" will get airplay every time CFNY does an all-covers weekend.
But yeah, Cornell's MJ cover beats the living shite outta that AAF crap.
