No Rice at Sams Club.

I don't know about you but I find stories of food rationing in the U.S disturbing.
This bit from the business section of the Star talks about "bulk food rationing" but still it's worrisome to me because it doesn't seem to be that worrisome to others.

Kind of the same way that we all seem to be getting used to $120 a barrel oil.
$120 a barrel! Why I remember when oil was selling for 30 buck. (I know a real Grandpa moment. But it was in the last 10 years.)
In the States they're still paying less for gas than us-around $3.50 a gallon which translates into 90 cents a litre.
I want to pay $3.50 a gallon too.
Of course in America they have their own troubles. In-fighting in the Democratic party(they can't figure out who makes them more nervous a Women or a Black man. Quit the cunudrum.)

Hot, Strange, Brooke forgot the lyrics the night before and she's safe but Hot, Fiery, Carly is no more!
I find all of this and the rice shortage, very disturbing indeed.
