Fake but Frickin' cool...
A bunch of people that know I dig planes have sent this to me. At first I was fooled but Smart Dave schooled me on a few of the nuances as to why this is bullshite but it's still pretty neat. Have a look at what happens when you're flying and you lost a WING!
Sarah Silverman who is a saucy-tongues Vagenius(Patent Pending) has made me laugh and fantasize about doing nasty things to her for a long time. Her latest little video laff-fest is all about getting out the vote from the Jewish grandparents who live in Florida.

Charlie too.
For about 24 hours Charlie and I were in various stages of a "Crampy Stomach!" If you've ever been to Mexico you'll know what I mean.
Anyway the two of us were barely apart that entire time and it was great. She is way past the cuddling stage under normal circumstances, but when she's sick, she's like a baby again. (And I loved it.)
We spent a good portion of one day basically sleeping around the pool and laying in bed and watching movies. It really was a great father-daughter time, except for the frequent trips to the can.
This was shot by Charlie. It's a short video of me, all groggy and acting sort of stupid. Of course this could have been shot most any time.

My kids found it.
It's a video I helped produced at ACME pictures which highlights a fundraisor that Mary Jo and I hosted.
Someone from the ROM put it up and I have it here for you dining and dancing pleasure.
I love these spots. The perfect tone and cheekiness. I wish I had done them.
Fed Ex is a huge sponsor of the PGA Tour and they have spots all over the coverage.

A Scorsese Mockumentary...very cool.
If you like movies and mocking you'll love this. My pal Mitch sent it and it's a fun 9 minute break.
A mock "behind the scenes" look leading up to a 6 minute Scorsese short film.
In the end it turns out to be The Worlds Coolest Commercial directed by the guy that did Taxi Freaking Driver!

Evan Handler. You don't know him but he's really good.
I first noticed this guy when he worked on the The West Wing for a season or so and this Fall I watched him on Californication.
His name is Evan Handler and he's one of those guy's whose done some amazing work for a long time and is about to be a mainstream star.

Well he didn't lose it he was just flabbergasted. It can happen to people, I've seen it.
Larry was talking to Jerry about the end of the TV show Seinfeld and was wondering if it got canceled. Canceled? Has Larry been living under a rock?
Jer was none too impressed. He also thought it was pretty funny.
He was doing promo for the Bee Movie which my 9 year-old and I saw and very much enjoyed.

This morning my pal Venay Menon tries to make sense of the whole weird Britney Out-of Control thing. After the doomed marriage to über-mooch Kevin Federline, after the wee-hour boozing miles away from her wee ones, after the impulse baldness, after the abysmal "reality show," after the incoherent interviews, after the divorce, the vomiting, the rehab, the fender-bendering, the dust-ups, the breakdowns, the feuds and the apocalypse-is-nigh tabloid folly from recent years, surely the pop princess was poised to sprinkle some pixie dust atop her own crooked halo and ascend the comeback heavens.
I don't know, can you make fun of someone so obviously out of control?
I suppose but this is a girl who would be working at Blimpys if she couldn't sing a bit. It's almost unfair to pile on her (you know what I mean) and a bit sad as well.

My YouTube Debut!
For someone that surfs the YouTube as much as I do, you'd think I would have posted something by now. Well today I have.
It all started with Tuckers latest haircut. The groomer lady said that we'd have to shave him again because of a multitude of matted areas that would be too painful to try and comb out.
He's been in the water a lot this summer so his hair is all clumpy.
Yes I know the kids are supposed to brush him but good luck with that. They were supposed to walk him everyday and pick up his crap but we're still waiting for that to happen.
Anyway, this morning I was taking some pictures to show you his latest bizarre haircut and I figured I'd film him instead.

This is why I love YouTube and the dang nabbit internet.
This guy JohnnyOnline is somebody I would have never stumbled upon if I weren't surfing the YouTube like I do. Regularly.
He's some English nit who plays a nice guitar and has a cool style. Check out this cover of Wonderwall and some of his other junk.

I've always liked these two dudes. I've interviewed them a couple of times, my favorite being on the Sock show back in the day, when Teller, the quiet one, beat the crap out of the sock. They thought that was BS too.

Rosie vs Sweet Elizabeth on The View.
Is this what all the fuss is about? Rosie vs Elizabeth Hasselback wanking at each other on The View.
I watched it and it ain't that big a deal. I will say this, Elizabeth Hasselback is Dee-Licious and I think Rosie knows that. Yummy in my tummy.
Who is Elizabeth Hasselback anyway? Was she on Survivor or something. I can't for the life of me remember why she's famous and I don't care enough even to Google her.
I will tell you though, there was a time when Rosie O'Donnell was just a comic. I know I worked with her.
Yes that's right HHDotCom-guy once did stand up with Rosie at a place called Swanee's Comedy Underground in Seattle.
I was the opener and she headlined for some 4 or 5 night gig. I remember she was very funny, nice and sort of shy offstage-kept to herself. Never hung with her outside of the club but I do recall thinking that she seemed a bit awkward.
Anyway in those days she was just the big girl from some old sitcom and she was funny.

This is weird. I don't like Celine Dion or Elvis much, but this clip from Idol Gives Back is quite the thing.
Amazing really.
The technology that has to come together for this to happen is boggling my limited brain.
Yes I know about green screening and the such but it's still quite the feat for somebody.

New show coming April 9th on NBC.
I saw the promos for it during the Tiger win at Doral yesterday (see Tiger Wins Ugly) and I got curious.
The premise is great.
Take famous actors and have them enter a scene where they have no idea whats going on. After they enter they hear the line "Thank God Your Here" and then the fun begins.
It's based on an Australian show (also called Thank God Your Here) and I'm betting it's going to be a huge hit. The American stars I saw in the promo included Wayne Knight(Newman from Seinfeld), Jason Alexander, The Nanny Chick(?), Jennifer Coolidge(you'd know her from all those Waiting for Guffman style Flix) and Fred Willard.
David Allen Grier is the host and Dave Foley from Kids in the Hall is some kind of judge.
The whole thing is one of those "Damm I wish I would have thought of that but I was too busy watching Tiger win again" type of things.

When my kids make funny mouth noises we often tell them to be quiet. But this guys parents must have been much more encouraging.
I mean he's good and all, but in the middle part it's really nothing more than continual fart sounds. As though that were a bad thing?

Very good Impressionist does American Idol.
I was looking for something else when I came across Dave Coyne on YouTube. He's an impressionist and I'm telling ya, he does a wicked Nicholson and Walken.
Yes everybody thinks they can do it, but this dude is good.
He does an American Idol spoof and besides the fact that the Croc Hunter Steve Irwin is dead, just appreciate how good a job this guys impression is.
Warning there are some "swears" in so it may not be suitable for a "work" environment. (Something that's not too big an issue here in my house!)

Just a couple of interesting things I came across surfing the YouTube.
I don't know about you but I can't wait to see this. Loved Silence of the Lambs(book and movie), same with Hannibal and now this.
Jamie Kennedy and Stu Stone are a couple of rappers/comics and I've had a chance to interview them both...great guys, very funny.

Farting will never Not Be Funny!
Here's the thing. I've always thought The Fart was funny. Not so much the Fart Joke, that is joke whose punchlines are a variation of ".....and then the guy went (fart noise) and blah blah not funny!"
But farting with you friends or kids or wives is hi-sterical. No strike that, wives don't seem to think farts are the least bit funny. Oh well, their loss.

Favorite YouTube of the New Year!
While looking for the "Saddam's Dead" Cellphone video, which I mostly don't give two craps about,
